Our Client is seeking a Compliance, Independence, and Ethics Associate 

A leading financial services company in Jersey is recruiting for an Associate to support their Compliance, Independence & Ethics team. The role involves assisting with compliance processes, monitoring controls, updating policies, and supporting risk management activities within a dynamic, tech-forward environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in audit, compliance, or risk management, along with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. Knowledge of auditor independence rules, financial crime compliance, or client due diligence is desirable. A relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, ICAEW) is advantageous.
