Our Client is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join their team

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in supporting the Compliance Team and provide help to senior compliance members with queries and delegated tasks
• Assist in regulatory monitoring and adherence to regulations, policies, and controls; identify gaps and recommend improvements
• Assist in validation testing/conduct compliance validation tests, engage with business units, and prepare reports
• Assist in issue escalation, compliance research & criteria development
• Assist in operational support for the Compliance Officer and Risk teams on onboarding, regulatory submissions, marketing reviews, and record-keeping
• Assist in reporting and produce timely reports for committees/boards and maintain compliance/risk registers
• Assist in training and communication, and support staff training and communicate compliance and risk requirements to internal and external stakeholders

Key Requirements:

• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Ability to operate effectively, multitask and deliver high-quality work to meet dealines.
• Ability to be flexible, open, honest and approachable
• Have a competent working knowledge of Microsoft products, particularly Word & Excel
• High ethical standards with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with absolute discretion
