Our Client is seeking a Compliance Manager

A reputable financial services business based in Jersey is looking to appoint a Compliance Manager to support their Channel Islands operations. The role involves implementing the compliance framework, advising on regulatory matters, managing Jersey-specific regulations, and acting as the Key Person Compliance Officer for Jersey Depositary Companies. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in financial services and ideally within a compliance team, along with strong knowledge of Jersey regulations and a recognised professional qualification such as ICA.

Key requirements include excellent communication and organisational skills, the ability to interpret complex regulations, and experience in risk management and audit follow-up. A professional qualification in compliance, risk, or law is preferred, and familiarity with Jersey financial legislation is essential.
