Our Client is seeking a Compliance Manager Financial Security

This permanent role is based in Jersey within a leading Financial Services organisation. The successful candidate will lead the Financial Security framework, ensuring compliance with AML, CFT, CPF, sanctions, and market abuse regulations across all business Channel Islands entities. Key responsibilities include managing FS and M&S policies, overseeing compliance monitoring, liaising with regulators, and acting as the designated MLRO and MIRO. You will support regulatory submissions, conduct risk assessments, and foster a strong compliance culture throughout the organisation.

Ideal candidates will have previous experience as a CO, MLCO, or MLRO, with recognised professional qualifications in compliance, law, or risk. Strong knowledge of Jersey regulations, excellent communication skills, and proven leadership abilities are essential.
