Our client is seeking a Compliance Monitoring Assistant Manager based in Jersey.
This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in fostering a culture of compliance across our Client's business.
Responsibilities:
- Update and develop global Risk & Compliance policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with various teams to analyze new legal and regulatory requirements.
- Engage with Business Services teams to ensure cohesive compliance.
- Maintain the SharePoint R&C page and enhance service delivery with digital tools.
- Test controls within the Compliance Monitoring Programme.
- Assist with stakeholder inquiries and compliance reporting.
Requirements:
- Experience in Compliance, Risk, or operational control function within a regulated Financial Services firm.
- Knowledge of AML regulations and corporate fiduciary services in Jersey and/or Guernsey, Cayman, BVI, or the UK.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication abilities.
