Compliance Monitoring, Assistant Manager

Our client is seeking a Compliance Monitoring Assistant Manager based in Jersey.

This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in fostering a culture of compliance across our Client's business. 

Responsibilities:

  • Update and develop global Risk & Compliance policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with various teams to analyze new legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Engage with Business Services teams to ensure cohesive compliance.
  • Maintain the SharePoint R&C page and enhance service delivery with digital tools.
  • Test controls within the Compliance Monitoring Programme.
  • Assist with stakeholder inquiries and compliance reporting.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Compliance, Risk, or operational control function within a regulated Financial Services firm.
  • Knowledge of AML regulations and corporate fiduciary services in Jersey and/or Guernsey, Cayman, BVI, or the UK.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written communication abilities.
