Our client are seeking a highly motivated Compliance Monitoring Manager to join their team.
Your primary responsibilities will be:
- Monitor and assess changes in the compliance/regulatory landscape and deploy necessary adjustments
- Provide regular updates on compliance and regulation to the board
- Create and maintain a compliance reporting framework
- Develop and maintain a regular reviews process to identify compliance risks
- Carry out risk assessments and advise the senior management when corrective action is necessary
- Carry out compliance investigations and ensure action plans are followed
- Promote a positive compliance culture throughout the organisation
- Accurately complete all paperwork and maintain detailed records
- Ensure the organisation remains compliant with all relevant legislation
Requirements:
- Extensive experience and qualifications in Compliance or Monitoring
- Ample experience of continuously developing a company compliance policy
- Knowledge of regulations and legal codes of practice
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and Prioritise tasks
- Excellent planning and organising skills
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Compliance, Monitoring or Manager
- Professional certifications in compliance monitoring or related disciplines
