Our Client is seeking a Compliance Services Manager on a 6-8 month fixed-term contract basis.
This role involves overseeing the Schedule 2 compliance regime (AMLSP) within a prominent financial services company. The successful candidate will act as the primary contact for AMLSP services, liaising with internal teams, managing policies and procedures, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Full training on the Schedule 2 regime will be provided, though prior compliance knowledge is advantageous. Key responsibilities include managing AMLSP deliverables, liaising with the JFSC Central Authorisation team, and supporting regulatory reporting.
Requirements include a minimum of 5+ years' relevant experience in tax reporting or finance, strong understanding of Jersey compliance requirements, and excellent communication skills. Experience with Viewpoint and MS Office is beneficial. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering high standards of client service.
