Our client, a prominent financial services company based in Jersey, is looking for a motivated Corporate Administrator to join their Employee Incentives team on a permanent basis. The role involves supporting client entities, preparing documentation, liaising with clients and intermediaries, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. It offers the opportunity to develop professional qualifications such as CGI or STEP, and to gain valuable experience in corporate administration and employee benefit arrangements.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years' administration experience, with a preference for those with specific Employee Incentives knowledge. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment are essential.
