Corporate Administrator

Our client, a leading financial services company, is seeking a Corporate Administrator to join their team in Jersey.

For this role, our client will consider candidates from junior to senior administrator levels. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of trusts and companies.
  • Handle client communications and escalate important matters.
  • Conduct monthly account checks and prepare reports.
  • Draft trust resolutions and company minutes.
  • Maintain compliance with CDD requirements.
  • Contribute to team financial targets and maintain client confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Proactive and professional approach.
  • Experience in managing client portfolios (senior roles).
  • Awareness of compliance and regulatory requirements.
