Our client, a leading financial services company, is seeking a Corporate Administrator to join their team in Jersey.
For this role, our client will consider candidates from junior to senior administrator levels.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of trusts and companies.
- Handle client communications and escalate important matters.
- Conduct monthly account checks and prepare reports.
- Draft trust resolutions and company minutes.
- Maintain compliance with CDD requirements.
- Contribute to team financial targets and maintain client confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proactive and professional approach.
- Experience in managing client portfolios (senior roles).
- Awareness of compliance and regulatory requirements.
