Corporate Governance Assistant

Our client has an exciting new opportunity for a Corporate Governance Assistant.

The organisation is a dynamic and successful investment business, with investments in private equity, real estate and hedge funds amongst other asset classes, this is relatively unique organisation and opportunity in Jersey.

The desired candidate will have at least three years’ company secretarial experience in an international finance environment having specific knowledge and experience of working within the finance sector of Jersey. As with all our colleagues the candidate will also work alongside and support the team in Jersey in various administrative and operational matters. In addition, the candidate will also have the opportunity to develop their career in supporting the Head of Group Corporate Governance with multi-jurisdictional projects.


  • In excess of 3 years’ experience as prescribed above
  • Have or working towards qualifications from a suitable body such as the Chartered Governance Institute
  • Experience of dealing with and managing multiple board meetings
  • Strong open communication skills, and be organized, analytical and solution orientated
  • The ability to prioritise multiple work streams and work to tight deadlines
