As a Senior Administrator, you will support our Client's in-house Corporate Governance team, to ensure that our Client is meeting its regulatory and governance requirements.
You will be responsible for undertaking a variety of project and administrative work, at a senior level.
In this role you will provide administrative support to the Corporate Governance team and our Client's in-house entities. This will include creating agendas, collating and distributing board packs, administration of board meetings including, producing detailed board minutes, distribution of board minutes, arranging for signature and carrying out any post-meeting actions as required.
You will be a self-motivated individual with strong attention to detail, who has previous experience working in industry and/or professional practice. Ideally you will hold relevant professional qualifications such as ICSA/ STEP.
