Our Client has an opening for a Corporate Services Manager in Jersey

This role offers an exciting opportunity within a renowned financial services company, responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of corporate structures. The successful candidate will oversee administration tasks, support staff development, and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Candidates should possess over 5 years' post-qualifying experience in the fiduciary sector and/or at least 10 years of industry experience, with a strong understanding of Jersey corporate structures and company law, and AML legislation. A working knowledge of Viewpoint would be helpful. Recognised professional qualifications and managerial experience are essential. A proactive attitude and excellent organisational skills are also required.
