Crew Services Officer

Our Client is seeking a Crew Services Officer based in Guernsey

Our Client, a leading independent provider of bespoke private wealth, corporate administration, and yacht services, is looking for an experienced Crew Services Officer. The role involves managing crew employment and payroll, onboarding new crew, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and liaising with yacht owners, captains, and crew. Excellent organisational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential, with yachting experience preferred but not mandatory as full training will be provided.

Candidates should have an A-Level or above education and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and discretion. Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively are key. The role offers hybrid working, a competitive benefits package, and opportunities for professional development.
