Our Client has an opportunity for a CRM Manager within their Consumer Team.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a CRM Manager to join our client, a leading company based in Jersey. The role involves managing customer base performance, developing retention strategies, and driving growth through data-driven insights and automation.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in customer base management, CRM, or retention marketing within a complex environment, with strong analytical and commercial skills. Experience with CRM systems and automation tools is essential, along with excellent collaboration abilities across departments.
