Our client has an opening for a Customer Operations Representative to join their team in Guernsey.
This role is vital in delivering exceptional customer service across multiple channels, including telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in customer service, with strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
Key responsibilities include providing accurate information, supporting customers with online services, managing daily work lists, and assisting with reception duties. You will uphold the company's core values and contribute to a professional, friendly, and efficient service environment. The role requires GCSEs in Maths and English (grades A-C) or equivalent experience, along with a willingness to learn new products and systems. Previous experience supporting vulnerable clients and knowledge of banking products will be advantageous.
