Our client is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their team.
This role focuses on delivering exceptional service to Personal and Premium banking clients, supporting various banking operations including payments, security trades, FX, fixed deposits, and corporate actions.
Key responsibilities include daily client communication, processing transactions, assisting with online banking activations, and identifying cross-selling opportunities. The role demands strong communication skills, IT proficiency, and a proactive approach to client service.
Ideal candidates will have a keen interest in Banking and the confidence to manage face-to-face client interactions. You should be a team player, well-organised, and enthusiastic about learning new products and systems.
