Our Client is seeking a Deputy Managing Director – Jersey!

An esteemed financial services group, very much in growth mode is seeking a Deputy Managing Director in Jersey. The role entails leading operational, strategic, and client relationship aspects within a dynamic, multi-jurisdictional environment, supporting long-term growth and compliance. Experience at board level within fiduciary, fund services, or similar sectors is essential.

Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles. Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, proven leadership skills, and the ability to drive operational excellence are key requirements. A professional qualification such as STEP, ICSA, accountant, or lawyer is highly desirable.

Further, candidates must have "Entitled to Work" in Jersey status.
