Our client is seeking a Director, Tax Services and Tax Compliance & Reporting to join their team. 

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in tax and regulatory reporting, particularly in UK company and trust tax.

This role oversees the client tax compliance and reporting functions, ensuring adherence to various jurisdictional obligations, including the UK, Guernsey, Jersey, IOM, and BVI. Responsibilities include managing tax filings, overseeing audits, developing tax policies, and leading a dedicated team.

The candidate should possess a professional CTA qualification, with 8-10 years of progressive tax compliance experience and proven leadership capabilities. Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to influence across jurisdictions.
