Our Client is seeking a Director, Supervision to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive, continuously develop and oversee the implementation of a strategic supervisory approach based on insightful risk assessment across prudential, conduct and financial crime risks
• Develop and maintain strong strategic relationships with key stakeholders
• Drive, continuously develop and oversee the implementation of a strategic supervisory approach based on insightful risk assessment across prudential, conduct and financial crime risks
• Actively driving the use of data within the team, enabling a risk-based and proportionate approach
• Innovative use of Reg -Tech to drive business and cost efficiency
• Deliver risk-based supervision and measurable regulatory outcomes

Key Requirements:

• Role modelling business values and providing inspiration to others to develop themselves and those around them
• Being an active contributor to the business leadership group by providing leadership and driving impactful decisions on a wide range of topics across the whole organisation
• Applying expertise and commercial acumen to strengthen and support the strategic framework
