Seeking an End to End Coordinator Manager!

The role acts as the project manager of client onboardings, service extensions and off-boardings. You will ensure that every business requirement is captured, understood by the relevant contributors and delivered to achieve full client satisfaction. You will facilitate meetings between clients and internal subject matter experts, making sure that service requirements and deliverables are clear to all parties. Detailed minutes and action logs will be recorded to provide a robust audit trail for compliance and governance. You will develop and maintain project plans that identify key milestones, assign work-stream owners and track risks and issues. These plans will be used to monitor progress, drive accountability and keep projects on schedule and within scope.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 10 years’ experience working in the finance industry
• Holds at least a Diploma of Higher Education or Foundation degree
• Finance industry experience – proven background in financial services with a solid understanding of industry terminology, regulations and operational practices
• Project management expertise – ability to deliver projects from start to finish, anticipate requirements, plan timelines, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and monitor progress, taking corrective action when needed to mitigate risks
• Strong communication skills – excellent verbal and written skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly to internal teams
• Experience in one of the following areas – client onboarding, KYC onboarding or recertification, fund management, or financial-market regulations – together with broad knowledge of related products and services
