Our Client is seeking an Executive Director, Fund Services!

Our client, a Financial Services company based in Jersey, is looking for an experienced and driven Executive Director to join their senior leadership team. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, regulatory responsibilities, client relationship management, business development, and strategic planning within the Jersey office. The successful candidate will also act as a director on internal corporate entities and be involved in various business-wide projects, ensuring smooth operations and growth of the company.

Applicants must be be fully qualified accountants with extensive industry experience in the Private Equity and Real Estate sectors, a strong understanding of company secretarial and cash management processes, and familiarity with Jersey’s funds sector. Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal, leadership, and strategic planning skills, as well as the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously. Demonstrable experience in client management, regulatory compliance, and team leadership is essential.
