Seeking an Executive Director, Fund Services!

This is a great opportunity for a driven and talented individual to make a real difference as part of our senior leadership team in Jersey. The Executive Director will work with the wider Executive team to run the day-to-day operations of the business, including all regulatory responsibilities. This candidate will be required to act as a director on the boards of internal corporate entities. The candidate will also be required to become familiar with the provision of director services and the individuals performing those services. The successful candidate will also work on a number of interesting senior business wide projects. There will also be a focus on business development and marketing strategies for the Jersey business, including initiatives to raise the profile of the business in the Channel Islands.

Requirements:

• The candidate must be a fully qualified Accountant
• Well established and extensive industry experience (PE and RE), with an understanding of company secretarial and also cash management processes and systems. A heavy emphasis on delivery to clients is required in order to identify and plug any gaps in the operating platform
• Ideally a JFSC or other regulator “approved” individual
