Our Client is seeking an Executive Support Administrator to support senior management across its Operations Team.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive diary and meeting support, manage travel arrangements, prepare and format documents, and assist with stakeholder correspondence and records management.
Candidates should have prior experience in Office Support, excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a proactive attitude. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively are essential. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is desirable, and a willingness to learn new technologies is required.
