Facilities Administrator

Our Client is seeking a Facilities Administrator to join their team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Facilities Management team support
  • Prioritise and undertake general small repairs
  • Undertake regular planned maintenance duties
  • Support subcontractors and maintain Health and Safety protocols
  • Event and project support across the wider business

Key Requirements:

  • Experience within a facilities role or similar, ideally with a working knowledge of Health and Safety
  • Experience with Desktop applications
  • Strong Interpersonal skills with a high level of discretion and the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships at all levels
