Our Client is seeking a Facilities Administrator in Jersey
This permanent role offers the opportunity to join a leading professional services firm within their Workplace Operations Team. The successful candidate will provide essential facilities management support, coordinate maintenance and repairs, organise office supplies, and assist in event support and health & safety procedures. Flexibility to work out of hours and travel between the Channel Islands is required.
Ideal applicants should have at least 5 years of residency and experience in facilities or a similar environment. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills are essential, along with a proactive and adaptable approach. Experience with desktop applications and a willingness to learn new technologies are desirable. Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and a customer service background are beneficial.
