Facilities Assistant

Our Client is seeking a Facilities Assistant to join their team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors and handle calls via our switchboard
  • Manage meeting rooms, diaries, and daily reception duties
  • Support postal processes, deliveries, archiving and general office operations
  • Assist with light maintenance, desk moves, and facilities-related tasks
  • Coordinate wet-ink Facilities signatures and document dispatch for international teams
  • Provide flexible support across the Facilities function when needed

Key Requirements:

  • Front of house or customer service experience (professional services ideal)
  • Confident communicator with a warm, professional manner
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Comfortable using MS Office and office equipment
  • Team focused, proactive, and detail-driven
