        Our client is seeking an experienced Trust and Company professional to ensure client service operations are delivered efficiently.

        Main duties and responsibilities include:

  • Review the client files in accordance with the process & procedures.
  • Ensure all statutory records, SOW/SOF backup, financial statements, tax advice, rationale backup and ID&V are complete.
  • Ensure that all data is available to enable the production of accurate and up-to-date structure charts.
  • Ensure that the information contained in the Inventories is completed in full for each entity within the allocated client structures and is accurate.
  • Complete checklists and bring to light and raise any issues related to gaps in the client inventories.
  • Comply with all regulatory and legislative requirements.

        Key Requirements:

  • Relevant industry experience within the TCB space with an enquiring and analytical mindset.
  • Self-motivated and able to multitask and work independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good level of judgement and a logical approach to problem-solving.
