Our Client is seeking a Finance Innovation and Transformation Lead

This is a 12-18 month fixed-term contract position based in Jersey, offering flexible and hybrid working arrangements. The role involves leading key finance transformation programmes, supporting system upgrades, process redesign, and stakeholder engagement within the financial services sector. The successful candidate will act as a strategic change agent, coordinating initiatives across multiple workstreams to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities include developing transformation strategies, managing programmes, facilitating change management, and leading high-performing teams.

Experience in delivering transformation or change management programmes, finance systems implementation, and stakeholder engagement is essential. Candidates should hold a fully qualified accounting designation with at least 8-10 years of related experience, complemented by strong leadership and communication skills.
