Finance Process Specialist (12-18 month FTC)

Our Client is seeking a Finance Process specialist to join their team in Jersey

This role within a leading financial services company focuses on redesigning finance processes, supporting behavioural and capability change, and embedding a future-ready finance function. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders to develop streamlined processes, optimise system capabilities, and foster organisational change, ensuring alignment with transformation strategies and governance.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in finance, with a strong background in process improvement, controls, and workflow design. A fully qualified accountant with relevant professional certifications (such as Lean Six Sigma) is preferred. Excellent facilitation, communication, and change management skills are essential, alongside experience with ERP systems and organisational development.
