Our client is seeking a Financial Control Assistant.
The successful candidate will support the Finance Director in providing support accurately and efficiently in a financial control role across two business functions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Client Account transactions including processing weekly property transactions, ad-hoc payments and logging of receipts for the probate department.
- Quarterly interest calculations, Bookkeeping office bank accounts and management of the client account generally.
- Office Account transactions including posting and payment of supplier invoices, raising fee invoices and chasing payment, assisting with Licensing and regulatory reporting, general bookkeeping and project work.
- Assistance with the preparation of Management accounts, facility management, payroll and assisting with Licensing and regulatory reporting.
This role would suit experienced, flexible Bookkeepers from both a Financial Administration or Trust Bookkeeping background or a newly/part qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA) with relevant experience looking to grow in the Financial Control space.
