Our Client is seeking a Financial Controller to join their Finance team on a reduced hours basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Finance Department
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts, with analysis of financial performance
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
• Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and regulatory requirements
• Develop internal controls, financial policies, and procedures to protect company assets
• Review and approve reconciliations, journals, and key financial entries
• Provide financial insight to support pricing, procurement, and operational strategy
• Manage relationships with auditors, banks, insurers, and key stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate financial risks

Key Requirements:

• Holds a relevant accounting qualification (ACCA or similar)
• Collaborative, adaptable team player
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience in a similar role
