Our client is seeking a candidate to responsible day to day running of the office.
Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will provide a high level of service to their clients. The role requires a high level of presentation skill and therefore is ideally suited to someone with a mature attitude and excellent front of house skills.
Your focus:
- Act as the front of house for all clients and visitors enquiries
- Manage the switchboard for three jurisdictions
- Preparing meeting and conferencing facilities in order to effectively promote the brand and respond to external and internal client requirements
- Complete administration duties as required and within set timescales
- Provide assistance with travel bookings for staff, clients and visitors
- Provide cover for the Facilities admin role in times of need
- Assist the Facilities team with health & safety requirements.
- Monitor staff certification and organise training course bookings for staff where necessary
Your experience:
- Experience of managing guests and co-ordinating multiple boardrooms
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Strong IT skills, in particular use of Outlook
- Proven ability to manage and organise multiple demanding tasks to a high degree of accuracy
