Our client is seeking to appoint an Administrator to join their Fund Administration business. This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated individual to make a real difference as part of a dedicated and professional team. The successful candidate will work on a range of matters providing administration, management and secretarial services for established and new Real Estate and Private Equity Funds, which are typically Limited Partnerships, Fund Company’s and SPVs. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in a number of interesting and varied ad hoc projects which will give you exposure to a wide variety of high quality clients.
- Educated to at least ‘A’ level standard or equivalent, and will preferably have completed or will be studying towards the ICSA Diploma or similar (or will be willing to study for a relevant professional qualification).
- Some demonstrable real estate or private equity / trust and company experience, preferably with some knowledge or exposure to corporate structures, SPV administration.
- Company Secretarial knowledge would be advantageous.
