Our client, a well-established Financial Services company, is seeking a General Operations Administrator to join their team in Guernsey.
This rotational role offers exposure to various functions within the Operations department, focusing on Treasury & Securities activities.
Responsibilities include processing trade settlements, monitoring instructions, managing payments, fixed deposits, and internal transfers, alongside administering dividends and corporate actions. The role emphasises delivering excellent client service, adherence to regulations, and meeting all deadlines.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, good organisational skills, basic IT proficiency (including Excel), and a willingness to learn. Experience in Treasury & Securities is desirable, with opportunities to further study and obtain relevant qualifications.
