Our client, a leading Financial Services company based in Jersey, is seeking a Group Head of Client Accounting and Tax Services.

This senior director-level role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the strategic, operational, and technical aspects of client accounting and tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

With a focus on international fiduciary operations, the successful candidate will oversee large, dispersed teams and drive initiatives to optimise services, embed best practices, and ensure regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include leading technical oversight, improving operational efficiency through technology, and maintaining high-quality standards in financial reporting and tax obligations.

Requirements:

• Degree-level education or equivalent
• Qualified accountant (e.g., ACCA, ICAEW) and Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA)
• Minimum 10 years' post-qualification experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership within a multi-jurisdictional environment
• Deep knowledge of IFRS, UK Financial Reporting Standards, and international tax legislation
• Strong leadership, strategic, and communication skills
