Our client has an exciting new opening for a Head of Client Compliance. 

A senior and varied role, the successful candidate will actively manage and develop a team of client facing Compliance Services professionals. They will create, and support the creation of, the development and promotion of a client focused compliance strategy and framework (including developing tools and policy, procedures and processes) that sits within the Client Compliance Services framework documentation templates. Further, they will act as the designated MLRO, MLCO and CO for client structures, discharging those obligations to a high standard and liaise with the relevant external parties as required whilst also supporting the development and execution of, a comprehensive monitoring programme for client structures.

Requirements:

• Table 4 qualification
• Relevant compliance qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years in a Key Person role
• Comprehensive knowledge of the AML Legislation and the AML Handbook
• Relevant finance industry experience specifically in the funds sector
