Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop the Client Service team
• Ensure optimal client touchpoints and service quality
• Conduct structured client reviews and manage client expectations
• Monitor compliance with local governance, regulatory and global standards
• Drive continuous improvement for client satisfaction

Key Requirements:

• Experience in Banking, Investment Operations/Securities with a strong client management focus
• Proficient leadership and communication skills
• University Degree or relevant qualifications preferred
• Excellent organisational and strategic thinking abilities
