Our Client is seeking a professional with significant experience in employment law to head up their Employment Team

In this role you will take principal charge of our Client's Employment Team and employment law matters in Jersey and Guernsey by providing technical legal advice to clients across a number of practice areas, primarily litigation and financial services law.  You will also identify and follow through with opportunities to grow the employment practice and the business by initiating, developing and maintaining productive client and intermediary relationships, proactively driving change and assisting the business to deliver its overall strategic plans.

Requirements:

You will be 7 years'+ PQE with a Jersey, Guernsey and/or UK qualification and will have significant experience in employment law, ideally Jersey or Guernsey law.
