Seeking a Head of Operations for a growing Trust and Fund business in Jersey!

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead operational excellence within a growing, multi-jurisdictional financial services group. The successful candidate will own and evolve the Group Operating Model, driving process alignment, continuous improvement, and effective change management across jurisdictions. They will collaborate closely with IT, Transformation, Risk, and Compliance teams, delivering operational insights and leveraging data analytics and AI to enhance efficiency and decision-making.

Candidates should have extensive experience in operations leadership, strong understanding of operational processes and controls within a regulated environment, and proven skills in process improvement, project management, and stakeholder engagement. Knowledge of working with transformation initiatives and an interest in AI applications is preferred.
