Our Client, a reputable financial services company, has an opening for a Head of Risk & Compliance

Based in Jersey, this senior role involves leading the Risk and Compliance strategy across trust and fund services following a recent merger. The successful candidate will hold key regulatory appointments, act as the senior risk and compliance leader, and ensure regulatory, conduct, financial crime, and operational risks are effectively managed and reported to the Board and regulators.

Candidates should possess extensive experience leading Risk and Compliance within trust, fiduciary, or fund administration environments. A professional qualification such as the ICA Diploma or ACAMS is required, along with proven experience engaging with regulators and leading risk frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.
