Our Client has an opening for an HR Administrator
This role is based in Jersey and involves supporting the busy HR Operations Team with day-to-day transactional tasks, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, managing leavers, and HR system administration.
As the ideal candidate, you will have prior experience in HR administration, possess strong organisational skills, and excellent communication abilities. Other requirements include close attention to detail, confidentiality, and a friendly, team-oriented approach. Flexibility to adapt to various HR processes and a proactive mindset for process improvements are essential.
