Our client has an opening for an HR Assistant
This role involves delivering high-quality HR administration across the full employee lifecycle, supporting recruitment and onboarding, managing employee records, administering absence, and ensuring compliance with GDPR and other regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior HR Manager and HR Advisor, providing a professional, compliant HR service in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements include CIPD Level 3 qualification or progress towards it, previous HR administration experience in a commercial setting, excellent communication skills, high organisation, attention to detail, and confidence in HR systems. Previous experience working in a dynamic environment and a strong sense of professionalism are essential.
