Exciting new opportunity for a HR Business Partner!
Working as part of a global HR team, the successful applicant will support the delivery of an ambitious people focused strategy by partnering with multiple leaders to understand the specific needs and challenges of their business area, and delivering an expert HR service in line with those needs. This role requires strong relationship building skills and the ability to manage varied and interesting challenges, including employee relations, employee engagement, recruitment, talent management, reward, and change management!
Requirements:
- CIPD qualified (Graduate or Member status)
- Proven HR generalist experience (ideally within a professional services environment)
- Experience of advising managers on employee relations matters such as disciplinary, grievance, performance management, sickness, absence and recruitment
- Experience with HR systems and working within a global HR team
- Relationship building skills with a focus on excellent client service
