HR Coordinator

Our Client is seeking a Permanent HR Coordinator

This role is based in Guernsey within a reputable financial services company. The HR Coordinator will support various HR functions, contributing to a positive workplace environment and effective staff management. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement, with the flexibility to work from home two days per week and standard working hours of 35 hours.

The successful candidate should have prior experience in Human Resources, demonstrating strong organisational and communication skills. Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices is essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
