Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional on an 18-month Fixed Term Contract basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading People Systems, Reward, and Policy initiatives, working collaboratively across teams to deliver high-quality People solutions aligned with the company’s strategy.
Key responsibilities include managing Compensation & Benefits, chairing the Remuneration Sub Committee, overseeing Employee Engagement surveys, maintaining Human Capital systems, and ensuring data protection compliance.
Candidates should possess a minimum of CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) with strong experience in HR data analysis, HR technology management (such as Workday), and reward management. Experience in employment law, benchmarking, project management, and data literacy is desirable.
