Our Client is seeking a Human Capital Manager
This role is based in Jersey within a prominent financial services company. The successful candidate will lead on employee relations, absence management, wellbeing initiatives, and policy development, with oversight of key areas across the employee lifecycle. The role involves collaborating with multiple internal teams, managing complex HR transactions, and ensuring compliance with local employment laws.
Candidates should have a CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent, with proven experience in employee relations, HR policy development, managing employee lifecycle activities, and familiarity with HR technologies such as Workday. Strong interpersonal skills, resilience under pressure, and the ability to build rapport across levels are essential. Experience in wellbeing strategy and managing cross-jurisdictional relocations is desirable.
