Human Capital Senior Administrator

Our client is seeking a Human Capital professional (Senior Administrator level) to join their team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering on an annual cycle of key initiatives, as well as driving efficiencies
  • Supporting the delivery of the reward, recognition, and benefits solutions aligned to the business strategy
  • Support the management and administration of compensation & benefits programmes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data related to compensation and benefits
  • Participate in projects or initiatives related to system implementations, process improvements, or enhancements to reward and benefits offerings

Key Requirements:

  • Experience supporting compensation, benefits, or recognition programmes
  • Experience managing employee recognition systems and coordinating with payroll functions
  • Good analytical skills, including data analysis and reporting
  • Resourceful approach with strong attention to detail and good communication skills
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification preferred
