Our Client has an opening for a Human Capital Senior Associate within its People Operations team
As part of the People Operations team, the successful candidate will oversee employee absence, well-being support, and related HR functions, ensuring compliance with local legislation and effective communication across stakeholders. Key responsibilities include managing sickness and parental leave, liaising with occupational health providers, supporting employee relations, and contributing to HR policy implementation.
Candidates should have CIPD Level 3 or equivalent, experience with HR technologies such as Workday, and knowledge of employee absence types and sickness requirements. Experience with well-being cases, GDPR compliance, and supporting employee support programmes is essential. A professional, resourceful approach and excellent communication skills are required.
