Our Client has an opening for an experienced HR professional.
This role involves delivering exceptional employee experience by managing HR policies, employee relations, and compliance with local legislation. The successful candidate will oversee ER cases, develop policies, support leadership, and ensure legal and regulatory adherence.
Requirements include CIPD Level 3 or equivalent, proven experience in HR policy development, employee relations, rewards, and HR technologies such as Workday. Knowledge of housing, work permits, and employment law is essential. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills, adaptability under pressure, and a professional approach. Eligibility to work in Jersey is a must, as the company cannot provide a work permit.
