Our Client is seeking an Infrastructure Analyst to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Timely resolution and escalation of support requests, incidents and issues, ensuring  excellent standards of delivery across all on-premise and cloud environments
• Deliver efficiency, modernisation and security improvements to process and technical service delivery through a proven infrastructure support track record
• Work closely with the internal and external stakeholders, including 3rd party support

Key Requirements:

• Experience in information systems (Infrastructure)
• A willingness to attain a relevant Microsoft qualification would be advantageous
• Understanding ITIL Foundation level, Service Transition and Microsoft Cloud would be beneficial
